A Gilded Evening of Philanthropy
Yellowstone Academy, a faith-based educational institution, is passionately supported by Jill Brown. For this event, she has chosen a taste of what’s instore at BROWN for this Yellow Tag Auction benefiting Yellowstone Academy. Party-goers will bid on a curated collection of halcyon Chandeliers, Lights, Furniture & Antiques. Each item personally chosen by Jill is remarkable and as delicious as a glass of champagne.
For this one night, guests are invited to bid at BROWN’S Yellow Tag Auction. Upon reaching a small reserve, the entire purchase (including the reserve) benefits Yellowstone Academy. This is Jill’s personal contribution to Yellowstone Academy on this special night of philanthropy. CRAVE Cupcakes and "Brown Bites" savories will be served.
About Yellowstone
Yellowstone Academy is a faith-based, private school founded in 2002 and located in Houston's Third Ward. Yellowstone serves Houston's poorest children and seeks fundamental change by addressing root problems, such as illiteracy and dependency, that plague families living in poverty. Yellowstone does not accept governmental funds and is able to exclusively serve students from families whose median annual income is below $10,000.
Currently serving 320 children in grades PK 3 -7th grade and adding a grade per year to 8th grade, Yellowstone operates on the premise that, through education and intensive intervention, children living in poverty will not be limited by their circumstances and will reach their full potential.
